Women Women Women

The gorgeous gifts that have never stopped giving.

The gifts moulded and decorated with such delicacy.

Today, we stand in awe of the gift that we are, our ability to do more than what is constantly expected of us.

Our precision and care with the ability to multitask.

Our determination to not let the many internal and external forces against us stand in our way.

Our commitment to maintaining our individuality no matter the circumstance we find ourselves.

Our ability to be given one thing-one shot, one dream, and nurture it into the many catalysts that fix and run our world.

We're also filled with utter wonder at the empowering community we have so diligently crafted for ourselves and the ones that come after us.

Years of prejudice and institutions of subjugation fought with our efforts, resource and our unwavering desire to change the narratives that limit us.

Today, we celebrate all women, for in your weakness, you found strength, in the midst of so much adversity you rose, and from within you shine.

So once more, “Here’s to strong women. May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them”.
